At Highgate Health at Work, we pride ourselves on the quality of our occupational health (OH) reports. Our consultant OH physician-led management referral service provides employers with expert, independent occupational health advice to support employees experiencing health-related challenges at work. We assess the impact of an employee’s health on their role, provide practical recommendations to support safe and sustainable working, and advise on workplace adjustments, rehabilitation and return-to-work planning.

Each assessment is tailored to the individual and the needs of the organisation, with clear, evidence-based reports designed to support informed decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of clinical governance, confidentiality and professionalism.

Ill health retirement decisions require careful, independent and specialist medical assessment. Our service provides expert occupational medicine advice to support employers, pension schemes and trustees in understanding whether an individual’s medical condition impacts their ability to continue working or meet the requirements for ill health retirement.
